The Gotta Have Faith Foundation is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 2016 by Faith Pierrecharles. As a first generation Haitian-American, Faith wanted to find a way to give back to her parents country of origin, Haiti. Faith knew that Haiti was not the only underserved community in the world and did not want to limit her efforts to support those in need. In 2021, this organization expanded to also aiding underserved communities in the United States of America.​

Not only did we expand our efforts in 2021, but we also cultivated a Volunteer Reach Program to give others the opportunity to be about our mission to ultimately achieving global impact. In our Volunteer Reach Program, three individuals from each state across the US, have the opportunity to apply to become a State Ambassador and lead our service projects in their state. Each State Ambassador has one full year to gain knowledge on important topics, mentorship, and the opportunity to create their own community service initiatives.
